You have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the 14-day period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original, unopened condition and packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of products can only be returned if they are unopened. We cannot accept returns if the packaging is damaged, opened, or incomplete. This applies especially to the following product types:
- Cannabis seeds
- Oils and other food-grade products (e.g. flour)
- Cosmetics and personal care items
- Sale or discounted items
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email about the result. If the return meets the conditions, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. In such cases, please take clear photos of the damage or defect and send them to us via email, along with a brief description of the issue, at: {email address}.
We can only accept the return of a faulty item if the issue is confirmed based on the submitted photos.
